Known for its spectacular views, varied runs, and laid-back atmosphere, Marmot Basin ski resort lays claim to the highest base elevation of all Canadian ski areas. Ski or snowboard 1,720 acres, 91 runs, and 3,000 vertical feet of diverse terrain.

Whether you'd like to stroll a short loop,
hike for days in rugged terrain, or bike any of the hundreds of kilometers of mountain bike trails - there's a trail in the park for you. With so many route options, hiking, walking or biking are excellent ways to explore the wonders of Jasper National Park.

3. Climbing & Canyoning
Jasper National Park encompasses a huge section of the Canadian Rockies and is home to some of the best climbing in Canada. Whether climbing to new heights or descending steep-walled gorges and deep mountain valleys — travel through this unique and spectacular part of our world.

4. Rafting, Canoeing & Water Sports
The park permits swimming, scuba diving, boating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, whitewater rafting... almost any water activity you can think of. At the Miette Hot Springs, you can even soak in 40°C (104°F) water. And local guides are available to take you on tours of the lakes and rivers.

5. Jasper Skytram
The Jasper SkyTram whisks you up Whistlers Mountain to an elevation of 2,263 meters, showing you stunning vistas over mountain ranges stretching up to 80 kilometers away. On a clear day, you can even see the white pyramid of Mount Robson in nearby British Columbia.
